This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from https://www.bothnutrition.com and is operated by Both Nutrition FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. GENERAL POLICY FOR FOOD PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of our products (food and nutrition bars):

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or consumed products

  • This policy exists to ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers

Please review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and allergen information carefully before placing your order.


2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product was defective at the time of delivery

All claims are subject to verification.


3. REPORTING AN ISSUE

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us at support@bothnutrition.com

  2. Do so within 7 days of receiving your order

  3. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after the stated timeframe may not be accepted.


4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or texture preferences

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to unavailability at the delivery address

  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product safety or quality


5. REFUND PROCESSING

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us


6. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled

To request cancellation, contact support@bothnutrition.com as soon as possible after placing your order.


7. SHIPPING DAMAGE & RISK TRANSFER

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage immediately and contact us within the allowed timeframe


8. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

For subscription-based purchases:

  • Charges are processed automatically based on your selected billing cycle

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription before the next billing date

  • Charges already processed are non-refundable unless the product qualifies under Section 2


9. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This policy is subject to applicable UAE consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where such limitation is not permitted by law.
